Secretary42 costs €9.99 per month or €99.99 per year (about €8.33 per month, billed yearly). Prices include VAT for EU customers; Paddle shows the final amount before you pay. One subscription covers macOS and Windows, on up to three of your own devices.
How checkout works
Payment is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your contract of sale for the purchase transaction is with Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the authorised reseller; our Terms of Service govern the licence to use the software. Paddle collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax.
After payment, an activation key is emailed to you. Paste it into the app to activate it — there is no account to create and no sign-in. You enter the key once per device, on up to three of your own devices, and you can release a device from within the app to free its slot. See Download to install the app.
Cancelling and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription using the link in your Paddle receipt email. Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal; the details, including the conditions and the voluntary guarantee, are in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
